Transportation Policy

Teachers must know transportation arrangements for every child.  Each child will be required to wear a transportation tag during the  school year.  LA-4 students are required to wear their tags the entire year.  Any change in transportation MUST BE IN WRITING.  The note should include the child’s name, the teacher’s name, the duration of the change, and the person (name, address, and phone number) who will be responsible for your child after school.  It should also be dated and signed by a parent or guardian.  THIS MEANS THE STAFF CANNOT ACCEPT ANY TRANSPORTATION CHANGES OVER THE PHONE.   THIS IS FOR YOUR CHILD”S PROTECTION.  All transportation changes must be made by 2:00 PM.  No changes will be accepted after this time each day.
