Parents must come to the school office and fill out a transfer card at least 24 hours prior to the withdrawal date.  This will enable the teacher to prepare the necessary forms for your child to transfer to the new school.  Please make sure that all school property (textbooks, library books, etc.) has been returned AND all fees (including lunch money) owed have been paid in full.  The parents may hand carry the child’s records to the new school.  They can be picked up after 1:00 PM on the child’s last day, if you have given the 24 hour notice.
